Local Government Agencies exhibit at Golden Jubilee Village
As part of its commemoration of Jamaica’s 50th year of Independence the Ministry is participating in the Golden Jubilee Village being staged at the National Arena from Wednesday, August 1, 2012 (Emancipation Day) to Monday August 6, 2012 – (Independence Day).
The Ministry’s booth features its agencies the National Solid Waste Management Authority, the Social Development Commission, the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management and the Jamaica Fire Brigade.
